• SB 55 – which stipulates that the state’s board of elections may not authorize a ranked-choice voting system. Having already passed the Senate in 31-4 vote, the bill now heads to the desk of Rep Gov Kristi Noem for signature.
• So let’s say there are 4 candidates.
• You go to the ballot box and RANK the 4 candidates in the order in which you like.
• So you rank them 1-4 so technically you voted for ALL of them in order of preference.

• One geographical area invades another geographical area.
• Even if and we certainly should say the North was justified to try and put an end to slavery but this could have been done w/o war.
• Slavery was doomed anyway b/c it was actually dying out and those are the facts.
• 160 years later we have a direct consequence of that war in the matter of STATES RIGHTS.

Greg Kelly – was accused of molesting a child when he was in high school ruining his future in the NFL. He was subsequently found NOT guilty and cleared his name but it was too late for his future in football.
