• What are they going to do w/ all the union members that they are about to ensure are jobless?
• Most of these pensions require an investment from the employee. While I would agree that the numbers don’t work, I’m stuck in a system where I’m forced to pay 8% into a pension fund each month with the full knowledge that it is being stolen from me and that I will never see a penny of it.
• There is no minimum standard, there is a constant pursuit of consumption.
• There is a certain minimum standard of substance even for the poor.
• The classic vision of speculation – usury
• The entire mentality under the heading under post-industrialization – push a button and they crank out products.
• The humans aren’t really even developing them any longer.
