A report to the police claims that a man just killed someone. Scenes flashes back to a party where they serve unusual drinks. A man tries drinking all the drinks then falls and hits his head. When he awakens, all his wishes magically comes true. His doctor couldn’t do anything about it until the idea of blackmailing the whole world sets in. His doctor however suggests, as per recommendation of his lady, as to why not wish that all Nazi army die during the war.. Dr Charles Krieger phoned the police and asked them to come and get him as he had just killed a man named Jay Drogan. Jay Drogan had had a party at his house the previous night and had drunk a strange cocktail which seems to have given him a strange power that makes his negative wishes come true.
