And White had a homicide rate of 2.6 per 100,000 (of Whites, including Hispanics). Which means blacks are at least 8.7 times more homicidal than Whites. Plus or minus.
• There were 19,766 offenders with reported race. If, somehow, blacks formed their own nation, and their numbers were removed from the USA, the non-black USA would have a homicide rate of 2.4 to 3.5 per 100,000, depending if we ascribe none of the 3,076 unknowns to where we ascribe all to non-black USA, with the number more likely being on the lower end. And, of course, the black rate would be 23.1 to 30.4. Ten times higher. Roughly, plus or minus.

• Thousands of right-wing demonstrators took to the streets of Spain on Sunday to protest against the government’s decision to grant amnesty to Catalan separatists.

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) effort to challenge the official overseeing the Biden administration’s handling of the border crisis.
• A Democrat motion sought to send the resolution back to the Homeland Security Committee, which is conducting its own investigation into Mr. Mayokas. Eight Republicans joined Democrats to pass the motion in a 209-201 vote.
• To the 8 Republicans that voted w/ the Democrats on this “They’re gonna have to face their voters. The American people are fed up.” – Marjorie Taylor Greene
• Ms. Greene further alleged that Mr. Mayorkas had contravened the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which mandates border perfection. According to the law, a border can only be deemed operationally secure when there is no unauthorized entry of individuals or contraband into the county.

We must grow in courage now, where we feel comfortable proclaiming Christ and the fullness of the Truth in the public square, at work, and on the sidelines of our kids’ and grandkids’ games. Only this way gives us a heartbeat’s chance to turn back what seems to be a collapsing Catholic Church.
